What carry-on size fits in the overhead bin?

Our carry-on luggage is designed to meet standard airline cabin requirements for most major US carriers including Delta, United, and American Airlines.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, carrier transit typically takes an additional 4–6 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of $7.00 applies to all US orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Visit our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@trekova.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Is my luggage covered under warranty?

Yes — all Trekova bags come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues. If you experience a defect, contact us at support@trekova.store and we will make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Venmo. All transactions are SSL secured.
