Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trekova. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items purchased on final sale, gift cards, and items returned outside the 30-day return window.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@trekova.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return authorization and full instructions. Do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.
4. Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo) within 10 days of our receiving the returned item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trekova.store with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will reflect the full original purchase price of the returned item(s).
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
